After our Initial Consultation, we would provide you our formal proposal for Engagement.    This step lays out your expectations, deliverables, anticipated time frames and costs.   It is critical to our mutual success that all expectations are fully aligned.

Upon mutual Agreement to work together, we now dive deeply into the problems, issues, and requirements determined, working in collaboration with your team members, researching possible alternatives and solutions, and exploring the various ways and means possible to move you towards your desired outcomes.    This step involves building the specific Roadmap we will ask you to follow and culminates in our presentation of these findings to you for agreement, sign off, and advancement of the preferred strategy.
